1:1 Therapy

Whether you're navigating your identity, facing challenges in your leadership, or simply seeking support on your journey, Ellis offers affirming one-to-one therapy for LGBTQ+ people, trans and non-binary folks, and LGBTQ+ leaders in Glasgow. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whether you're looking for short-term support through a specific transition or longer-term exploration of the patterns and experiences that shape your life. Drawing on Processwork and a trauma-informed approach, Ellis creates a safe, non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are. As a trans person and experienced leader themselves, Ellis brings both professional expertise and genuine understanding of the unique pressures and possibilities of queer life. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Relationship Therapy

Relationships come in all shapes and forms, and Ellis offers affirming relationship therapy to support the connections that matter most to you. Whether you're part of a couple, in a polyamorous relationship, navigating friendship dynamics, or simply wanting to deepen your relational experience, Ellis provides a welcoming space to explore what you need. Sessions can be short-term—focused on working through a specific challenge or transition—or longer-term, helping you build stronger communication, navigate power dynamics, and create relationships that truly reflect your values. Drawing on Processwork and a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ relationship diversity, Ellis helps you move beyond traditional relationship models to find what actually works for you and the people you care about.

Facilitation and Consultancy

Sometimes organisations need someone who can hold space for the difficult conversations that create real change. Ellis offers facilitation and consultancy to help your team, board, or community navigate complex challenges, work through conflict, and move forward with clarity. Drawing on over 20 years of leadership experience—including as a CEO and delivering programmes in challenging international contexts—alongside their Processwork training, Ellis brings both practical expertise and the ability to stay grounded when things feel uncertain. Ellis also provides organisational supervision, supporting teams and groups of people as they navigate complex or challenging circumstances, offering reflective space to process what's happening and find a way forward together. Whether you need short-term support through a specific crisis or transition, or longer-term guidance as you build more inclusive, resilient leadership practices, Ellis works collaboratively with organisations to help you find your way through. This is especially valuable for social enterprises, LGBTQ+ organisations, and teams committed to doing things differently.
